this games really short but also very visually impressive the style is so good and the vhs filter adds an extra bit of scares to it if you want to see my full playthrough of this here it is

its the first one in the video, if you checked  it out i appreciate you and i hope you have a good day regardless

Got the secret ending on the first try because i'm amazing

Your game starts at 8:42

Whilst the mechanics can be a bit clunky at times (mainly when transitioning between cameras, as you have to  quickly adjust which keys you're pressing), this is nevertheless an interesting little game with a great visual style! Well worth checking out.

I felt nostalgia, but it was a very good game.

It's not that its bad.. I actually loved the style I think it has a lot of charm, but it gave me horror Blueballs like where is the rest of it?.. I want more! and next time a warning that you used a copy write song would be Dope. lmao

Great game! Really enjoyed it. Loved the endings, but the controls are a little annoying. After the scene in the convenience store where the camera angle changes to the killers perspective, it gets extremely hard to navigate her through the alleyway because of the sudden change in perspective, and the fact that there isn't much of a distance between you and the killer from the start doesn't make it easier. Got the secret ending on my first try, bad ending on my 3rd, and good ending on my 8th :)

But it was still an awesome game nonetheless. Awesome art. My favorite moment is the part where you're in the alleyway and  have to walk towards the camera, while you can see the beautilful sunset in the background.

Loved it.  9.5/10

Thanks for the kind words i appreciate it ^^

only one ending ?

Three ending. A good, a bad and a secret ending.

Nice Game, I liked it wish if there was more content, and also the background music add to the horror vibes. Amazing Concept .

Also can you put the download link of the creepy music

I made a video on the gameplay check it out

I thought the story was creative and I liked the ending, although it was abrupt. I thought the static to the game was a good asthetic, however it was a bit difficult at times to see my character. Idk if I could have turned that off in settings or what, but I never checked. I played one of your other games, Down Here a little while ago, and I played this game as well. Love to see how you're doing! Keep up the awesome work! If you are curious about my live reaction, I uploaded a video of me playing the game on my YouTube channel.

cool atmosphere but the controls made me wanna wash an old man with greasy soap and sniff his feet like a big mama. gotta fix those corner movement thingies dawg!!! camera angles r cool but MAYUN u kno what i mean dawgg dawggggg eyo ya ya ya

Good Game!. It was creepy, I liked the music, I loved the art style. Wasn't the biggest fan of the controls but it was still an overall very good game.

Creepy. Kind of hard to see what's going on and the controls get really wonky when the camera angle changes.

It was a decent game for the most part but the camera angles and controls made it pretty much unplayable. The amount of times you'll die to make a few more feet from last time is just insane.

I only played a bit of it. It looks incredible, I love the sound design and the graphics, it was really nice! The look of the game brought me back to my childhood, and I appreciate that.

My ONLY problem is the controls. When the camera changes past the first alley, it was difficult to see and I couldn't easily make it past without getting caught. The direction the camera faced was different from the one before and when it changes like that, the character immediately runs in the direction I hold down rather than continuing to run forward till my slow reaction time kicks in and I can change the key I'm holding down.

Maybe it's because I have a slow reaction time, but again, the overall game is very enjoyable!

A very short but unnerving game, here's my short gameplay of i

Music and aesthetic are great! Control scheme kills me a bit but I think it would have been easier with a controller... so probably my bad!

Interesting game, has a very good atmosphere and soundtrack and an intriguing backstory. Good Job!

really loved the style of the game but i feel the controls need a little work, there was also a little bug which shows in the video, apart from that its a really cool and original game, i really enjoyed the music really fitting, if you enjoy the gameplay be sure to hit the sub button, it all helps!

Loved the idea of the fixed angle cameras almost like they were security cameras! The atmosphere and tensity is also on point!

Heya! My girlfriend gave this a try. Her only complaint was the camera angles, but other than that, she enjoyed it.

😊👍

Game's interesting and it was enjoyable for the most part. My only issue is with the camera not changing at parts of the game. But other then that, it's a decent game.

These Controls Had Me Frustrated! 5/5
(1 edit)

Short but not bad, I'd say I haven't seen this style of game in a while the way the camera worked. Definitely cool to see some games use that mechanic. Made a video on it.

Game was fun, it was a challenge to quickly work out where to run to, and it feels like you are in the same state of distress as Yuri. Maps were confusing, but you have enough time to get out of locations. Best part was definitely the ending run, having to quickly move around all of the rubbish to escape. It really made my heart beat with the panicked choices I made, and the rush of exhilaration when I finally completed it. Really worth playing, and I did manage to get all of the endings.

It feels like the game works solely because of the camera angles, the rapid changes and different perspectives causes confusion and distress. I don’t think you would have managed such a great experience any other way, really great idea, I loved it. The visuals were nice, it really worked for the game, and made all of the exits stand out. The music was great, very haunting.

There were a few bugs, it seems you can accidentally back out of camera changes which gets you stuck on the last camera. Happened to me twice while playing, my first death in the alley, and when I accidentally got the bad ending but did not die, I sort of just got stuck in the alley only able to get the secret ending again. This happens around the 7min mark of my video.

Still a really great game, and you are on a roll for making great short games.

Nice game.  Thanks for making it.  Controls reminded me of alone in the dark as stated below when replying to someone else's comment.  I really enjoyed this for what it was.  To me an original with a good story and I really liked the graphic style.

Here is my playthrough, I got all 3 endings but only show the good ending, took me 4 goes to get there :)

thank you very much, I appreciate it :D

Then tell me how to improve them. The character is currently controlled from the viewing position of the camera, which was the only logical choice during development

Hiya,  the controls are difficult and annoying at times to grasp.  Many moons ago there was a game released called Alone in the dark.  The controls of this game are very similar.  It depended on how the camera viewed the room as to how the controls would work.  With enough practice an patience you can grasp the concept.

I think the game is popular for its originality, story line and art style.  You can look at the controls as adding a layer of difficulty to the game.

so scary story. damn

what is up with the absolutely horrible controls? :D or is that on purpose as part of gameplay? anyway the game did not really work for me, in the alley I got like a 0.5 second glimpse of where to go and then it went away and it could not be reached again. pretty frustrating all in all. Not sure if intended.

I'd rather have this be a first person experience tbh.

Hi there, I am DragonExplosion and I am a Youtuber. If you like my videos, please leave a like and subscribe at my channel.

This was a cool Japanese horror game about a female student running away from someone dangerous. The controls for moving about the map were definitely really difficult to control and the camera angles of the map were placed in a really clever way to make the players more stressed by forcing players to move around the map while having difficulties with the controls. I enjoyed moving around the map like someone who is drunk XD and the amount of anxiety when I realised that the controls were definitely preventing me from moving around quickly away from the man. Even though I did not manage to get the good ending for the game, I enjoyed playing the game and would suggest players to try the game for themselves and get the good ending for the game.

Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.

Good short! The control need a fixing, and it's quite dark, too. Good thing I got all the endings. 3/5

Unique take on the "Silent Hill" like environment and camera angles, which I must say were incredible and cinematic, although for the gameplay, some of them were a bit uncomfortable to orient around. The sound design and overall atmosphere is super unique and the story kept me going to reach the end. I liked this and enjoyed my time with it. Great job!

Short horror game with tricky camera placements making it hard to navigate, perhaps it was a design choice to do so to put you in the place of someone running away in panic. It was still a fun experience in the end. Thank you for making this! 3rd game.

That's a really good take, I didn't think of it as the perspective of someone running away in a panic. Really neat way to think about it!
